Books can be found at the Madison Library on shelves in the center of the Children’s Room. All (except where noted) are picture books, which are color coded with red tape on spine, shelved in order by author’s last name.

Activity:
Check out the library’s numeral puzzle (kept in hanging bag on rack)— wooden puzzle with pieces 0 through 9
- Remove pieces, ask child to name each numeral
- Mix loose puzzle pieces up, help child put in order (counting up, counting down, by color)
- Put puzzle together
